Kioskradio.com is my most recent treasured find. 24/7 online radio streaming from a wooden shack in the heart of Brussels. Taste of sunny world soul from the EU capital.
Very cool, just put in my bookmarks and need to run through the list. Would be awesome if the tiles had preview vignettes (or is Safari just being lame again..?) - but really like the curation and toggle bar :)
Ah thanks! It’s not safari (surprisingly) I wanted the site to be super reduced & for people to put in a bit more effort exploring the links. Upping the friction on the web a bit isn’t always bad
(a little bit of self-promo for a site i'm currently working on.)
Just Commit is the place you go to bet on yourself. Where your present self wagers in favor of your future self. Where you put your money where your mouth is.
https://chi.itch.io/bisita - "interactive fiction “tour” and recollection of eighteen years of my life in the Philippines – the only intensely Catholic nation in Asia – and the devotion and routine that surrounded the Holy Week practice of the Seven Churches Visitation. " ,, v v cool <3
Incredibly cool Kristoffer. I discovered your newsletter via a magazine I picked up in a Lisbon book shop and have been loving it since. Here's to the small web!
And not self-promotion, Katherine Yang's recent personal website sets a lovely direction for the web https://whykatherine.github.io/ (also her work, ofc)
The Consumer Aesthetics Research Institute: https://www.are.na/evan-collins-1522646491 -- Basically a visual archive of all kinds of "Core's" and visual aesthetics and scanned ephemera across decades. A real treasure trove!
Patatap.com - just do it.

Really quite an inspiring edition. I had no idea who Frank Ocean was but you've definitely put him on my radar.
